5.9. All Records With Non-Standardized Addresses
Searching for All Records with a Non-Standardized Address
Pulling a list of records with an address where USPS standardization was not checked, or has failed standardization, is best done via Query Builder. Just follow these steps:
- Go to the Reports tab and click Query Builder.
- Click New Query.
- Click New Clause.
- In the first dropdown, you should see "General." Click the downward arrow to expand the list and select Address.
- Click on Field, and in the window that opens, click on the Field drop-down and select Standardized.
- Set the operator to Equal To.
- Set the value drop-down to False.
- Click Done. You'll end up with a search query like the screen shot below.
- Use the Export Options below to run the report. Your search results will consist of every record that has a non-standardized address.
