Searching for All Records with a Non-Standardized Address

Pulling a list of records with an address where USPS standardization was not checked, or has failed standardization, is best done via Query Builder. Just follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Reports tab and click Query Builder.
  2. Click New Query.
  3. Click New Clause.
  4. In the first dropdown, you should see "General." Click the downward arrow to expand the list and select Address.
  5. Click on Field, and in the window that opens, click on the Field drop-down and select Standardized.
  6. Set the operator  to Equal To.
  7. Set the value drop-down to False.
  8. Click Done. You'll end up with a search query like the screen shot below.
  9. Use the Export Options below to run the report. Your search results will consist of every record that has a non-standardized address.
