How to Link Spouses Using an Individual Record

  Note that using this method, a spouse's record can be created if one does not already exist.

  1. Click in the Spouse Field in the About Section
  2. Click Add Spouse

  3. Enter the Name of the Spouse and select Yes if you want to copy the preferred address and number from this record to the spouse's new record, then select Save New Spouse

  4. Now the new record is created for the Spouse and they are linked together. You can select the link button to go to the spouse's record.


 

How to Link Spouses Using Connections

  Note that using this method, all individual records that will be linked must already exist.

  1. Go to Connections
  2. Select Spouse from the Connection Type dropdown menu
  3. Search for the Spouse's existing record
  4. Select Add
  5. Now the spouse will appear in the Connections tab:
