10.15. Internal Transfers
Recording an Internal Transfer
- From the "Financial" menu, select "Internal Transfer".
- You will be taken to a split screen. On the right, you will see the "Add Internal Transfer" input screen. Enter the amount and date in the "Amount" and "Date" fields.
- Select the source and destination committees from the "Source" and "Destination" dropdowns.
- Select the correct election and batch from the "Election Period" and "Batch" dropdowns.
- Select the correct allocation from the "Allocation" dropdown.
- (Optional) You have the option of entering a reporting description and internal memo if necessary in the "Reporting Description" and "Internal Memo" fields.
- Enter the check number for the transfer in the "Check Number" field.
- (Optional) You have the option of applying a category by selecting the appropriate category from the "Transaction Category" dropdown.
- Finally, save the transaction.
