18.18. Finding Bounced Emails
If you go to Activities > View/Search Mass Activities and choose the mass email you sent, you'll see a report of emails that were sent, bounced, etc.
Alternatively, you can view bounced emails by going to Search>Query Builder, setting the Main Search Record to "Activity Email", and adding any of the following fields:
You can click Edit Result Columns to change fields that will display in the Current Selection screen, it is recommended that you include the following fields:
Specifically, the "Email To" field will display the email address that the mass email was sent to (the one that actually bounced).
Once you have selected your search parameters, click the View Results button. This should produce a list with all bounced emails which you can then export or edit from the Current Selection screen.
There is also the option to save this query by clicking the Save button to pull a list of all new bounced emails after you send a Mass Email.
