86.2. Why are there multiple entries in my reports and I cannot edit my reports inside the NYS system at all?

Errors like this can sometimes occur when there are unfiled reports pending in the queue.
In some cases, making changes to a previously filed report while another import or report is still waiting to be processed may contribute to errors and unexpected behavior.
 
To resolve the error where the users cannot edit their reports inside the NYS system, users need to delete any unsubmitted imports in the NY system.
 After doing so, users should be able to make edits to their reports on the NY site.
