Why Isn't the Election Period Showing On A Line 21b Expense?

For Line 21b on the FEC Form 3X, election period doesn't display because it is not required by the FEC. Our reports are built to the FEC's specifications, so if the FEC does not indicate that something is required, then our reports will typically leave it blank.
