How Do I File My Georgia Report?
1. Generate a GA State Report in AI360.
2. Right click and save the file as an .xml. Note: the file extension must be .xml (all lowercase) to be accepted
3. Go to https://efile.ethics.ga.gov/#/index and login with your credentials
4. Click on “Import Manager” on the left-hand side of the screen
5. Click on “Import File”
6. Select both your .xml file and a description (if desired). Then, click “Import”
7. Your file will be uploaded by the Georgia System. NOTE: This does NOT mean that your report has been filed.
a. Check for errors by clicking on the “Review” option under Actions. This will show what errors need to be corrected before all transactions are accepted
8. Once all transactions have been uploaded successfully, you can continue with the filing process by clicking “Accept” under Actions. NOTE: This does NOT mean that your report has been filed. (If you would like to erase these transactions from your Import Manager, choose “Reject”)
9. Once you’ve selected “Accept”, you’ll see these transactions in the “Reports” section under the appropriate report name.
10. You can click “Preview” under Actions to see a sample draft of the report.
11. Once you are ready to file the report, you can select the “File” option under Actions.
12. Enter all necessary information and click “Agree”
13. Your report has now been filed with the Georgia Campaign Finance Commission! You will see this report in the “Filed” section of the “Reports” tab.
