34.7. How To Mark A Compliance Report As Filed
On the chance that the FEC's server does not return the confirmation and mark the FEC report as filed - the user in 360 can manually override and mark the report as filed themselves.
This sometimes occurs when the FEC's webserver does not transmit the filed mark back to the report. If a report does not show up as filed even though it was efiled with the FEC, you can actually go in and mark the report as filed yourself so it appears in your compliance history as filed.
Follow the steps below to do this -
Hover over compliance > click compliance reports.
Select the proper authority, FEC, and then select the report type that you want to mark as efiled.
Click the view history button to open up the previously generated FEC reports.
Find the report that you want to mark as efiled, and then hover over the name of the report. Click on the name.
Check the "edit filed date" button. Enter in the date that it was filed, and then click on Update.
After clicking update, you should see the filed column will have the date you edited as the report's filed date.
