6 - Zip Code
7 - Purpose of Expenditure (by code)
Will pull based on the Expenditure Code selected.
8 - Description
9 - Event #
10 - Expenditure #
11 - Type of Expenditure (if applicable) Itemization in Addendum P Required
12 - Amount
