93.8. 53.5 PA Schedule II Part G, In-Kind Contributions Received Over $250

Schedule IIG: In-Kind Contributions from Individuals and Organizations Over $250

• If it's an individual's record, make sure the Employer and Occupation fields are filled out in the Basic Information section. Make sure an address is filled out and marked as Preferred in the Addresses section.
• Click on the Transactions tab of the record.
• Choose In-Kind.
• Set the correct Date, Amount, Election Period.
• Enter a description of the contribution in the Reporting Description field.
• Click on the Save button.
• The numbered items on the transaction record correspond to the numbered items on the sample report

2. Contribution Date

3. Contribution amount

4. Home/ Primary Address of Donor

5. Employer Name

6. Donor occupation

7. Work address/Employer Address
