Searching for All Records in Your Database by Street Address
Pulling a list of all records in your database with a specific street is best done via Contacts. Just follow these steps:
Click on Contacts.
Click on Filters.
Click on Add Filter Option.
Scroll down to or search for Street Address and then click on it.
Select Contains and then type in the name of the street.
Click Add Option (your screen will look like the screen shot below).
Click Fetch Results or Save Filter. Doing so will run the search, and when the results load, you will have all records in the database that have an address in the street you entered in step 5.
Additional Notes
Be aware that adding "st" versus "street" during step 5 will also affect the results of the search. If you have not run an Address Standardization, then the street addresses in your database may not be consistent across all records. You can always either run that standardization, or simply leave that portion of the street address out in step 5.
Similar to the note above, you can also leave out the address number if you want to target an entire street rather than a specific address.
