47.1. How do I Efile a 48 Notice report?

Georgia has confirmed that transactions meeting the 48-Hour (Two Business Day) Report requirement should be imported only once. The system will automatically assign those transactions to the Two Business Day Report and include them in the regular Campaign Finance Report when applicable.

• Do not import the same transactions twice.
• Filers may create a separate account for transactions that trigger a Two Business Day Report if they want the flexibility to run reports with or without those transactions.
• We are continuing to improve the Georgia State Report to make managing these transactions easier.

How to Generate a Two Business Day Report

1. Set the report From and To dates two days apart.
2. The report will include:
   • Contributions of $1,000 or more
   • Loans of $1,000 or more
3. Generate the Contribution E-File and Loan E-File (if applicable).
