This Enable Cookies error is received by clients when they select certain cookie settings when visiting websites. It can be resolved by clearing the Flags in Chrome by following these instructions:
1. Go to chrome://flags/
(you can copy and paste it into the search bar in Chrome)
2. Select Reset All at the top of the page
3. Check if the browser is up to date go to the menu (3 dots in the upper right corner) > help > about Google Chrome. RELAUNCH the browser if needed.
4. To clear browser cache and cookies complete the following steps:
Log out of Campaign Manager
Press CTRL+SHIFT+DELETE while in your browser
Set the Time Range to ALL TIME
Select "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files"
Press Clear Data Log back into Campaign Manager
