81.2. What Occupations and Reporting Descriptions are acceptable by the NJ ELEC filing system?

The NJ ELEC has switched over to mandatory electronic filing, and the system they've implemented only accepts certain occupations, as well as certain reporting descriptions on in-kind and expense transactions. Please see the list below for all of the acceptable options.

Also, please take note of a few items:

• Occupations and Reporting Descriptions must be an exact match to the options in the list below, with two exceptions:
  1. white space before and after the text is ignored, and;
  2. they are not case sensitive. Thus "BANK CHARGES" can be entered as "Bank Charges " and will still be recognized by NJ's system.
     
• The reporting description list is the same for both in-kind receipts and all expenses.
• All data uploaded into NJ's system must first be reviewed. Any non-matching entries will be imported as blanks, and the correct value can be selected during this review before saving the data to NJ's system.
