103.10. How to get a transaction on “Disbursement of Excess Funds”

Open record and go to New Transaction > Expense

Enter the following information:

1— Date of Transfer

2— Recipient of Transfer

3— Election Year

4— Choose reporting code: EFS — Excess Funds

5— Disbursement Purpose: this needs to be set to Disbursement of Excess Funds

6— Amount of transfer

Save transaction.
