Open the record and go to New Transaction > Contribution.

Enter the following information:

1— Date of Transfer

2— Name of Committee

3—Election Year

4— Amount of Transfer

5— Select Reporting Code: REF-Receipt of Transfer of Excess Funds

Save transaction.
