Michigan State Report Schedule 1-IK - Itemized In-Kind Contributions

This help documentation will show the data entry required to populate all sections on the Schedule 1-IK of the Michigan State Report.

The numbered items below are populated using fields from records.

Please Note: To pull transactions to Schedule 1-IK, the Transaction Type must be an In-Kind or a Loan Forgiveness

 

1 - Record Name

2 - Record Address

3 - Occupation

 

4 - Reportion Description

5 - Loan Forgiveness Amount (To Forgive a loan you must go to the "Linking" tab and select "Loan History". From here You will select "Forgiveness" and enter the amount of the payment. When the Forgiven Transaction has been saved the transaction will pull to Schedule 1-IK.)

6 - Loan Forgiveness Transaction Date

 

 

7 - In-Kind Amount

8 - In-Kind Transaction Date

9 - Reporting Description
