66.4. MN - Schedule A2 MISC - Receipts from Miscellaneous Income

We only pull receipts from Org records to Schedule A2 MISC. In order for a contribution from an Organization to pull it would have to be entered as Misc. Income instead of Contribution.

1. Organization's Name and Address, Name of Employer if Individual

 

2. Transaction Date

 

3. Reporting Description (Purpose or Type of Miscellaneous Income)

 

4. Total Receipts from Miscellaneous
