Pennsylvania State Report: Schedule III: Expenses from Individuals and Organizations
- If an individual's record, make sure the Employer and Occupation fields are filled out in the Basic Information section. Make sure an address is filled out and marked as Preferred in the Addresses section.
- Click on the Transactions tab.
- Choose Expense.
- Set the correct Date, Amount, Payment Method, and Election Period.
- Enter a description of the expense in the Reporting Description field.
- Click on the Save button.
The numbered items in the record correspond to the numbered items the sample report
1. Vendor Name
2. Expense Date
3. Expense Amount
4. Vendor Address
5. Transaction Type & Description (Expense)
